Most garage door companies will not put a number online. Ours are on the price guide because a homeowner deserves to know roughly what a repair costs before inviting someone in. It keeps the conversation at the door simple.
What We Will Not Do
- Sell a new door when a repair will do.
- Add charges after the written price.
- Install a new opener on a door with weak or broken springs.
- Leave without testing the door's safety reverse.
What a Visit From Us Looks Like
You call, and the person who answers asks what the door is doing, whether the car is stuck inside, and what you heard. Often that alone tells us which parts to load. On site, the technician disconnects the opener and lifts the door by hand before anything else, then works down the door from springs to seals.
You get the price written down, with anything optional listed separately. When the work is done we test the balance, the auto-reverse and the sensors with you there.
